Nandy Saripalli

Nandhini Saripalli, known as NandyChess across social media, is a chess player, content creator, and the Manager of Social Media at FIDE (the International Chess Federation). She holds the FIDE Arbiter title, carries a standard rating around 1911, and is a certified National Instructor. Based in Goa, India, she brings a unique mix of competitive chess experience and professional digital media expertise to everything she does.

Before joining FIDE, Nandhini worked as a chess coach at Chess.com. That coaching background, combined with her current role managing one of the most followed official accounts in chess, gives her a perspective that very few creators can match. She is quite literally the person behind FIDE's posts about the Candidates, the World Championship, and other marquee events.

On the content side, Nandhini runs the @nandychess Instagram account (7,000+ followers, nearly 500 posts) and streams on Twitch. She is also part of the ChessPod YouTube channel alongside her husband, GM Anurag Mhamal, and CM Niraj Saripalli.
