WCMHannah Sayce
Australian WCM, Twitch Partner, 700 Elo to FIDE Title in 4 Years
Hannah Sayce is an Australian Woman Candidate Master (WCM) and Twitch Partner who turned her chess improvement journey into one of streaming's most honest and compelling narratives. She started at 700 Elo in 2021 and reached a FIDE title in just four years, documenting every step on Twitch in real time.
Based in Melbourne, she is one of the few Twitch Partners in the chess space and has built a community that follows her not just for chess, but for the experience of watching genuine improvement happen live. Her Chess.com blitz rating reached 2300 and her classical FIDE rating climbed to around 2200, making her competitive at the national level.
In November 2025, Chess.com named her Creator of the Month, citing her inspiring improvement story and the authenticity of her streaming approach. She has also appeared on the Perpetual Chess Podcast, where she discussed the key factors behind her rapid rise.
Sayce is available for coaching and can be reached via her content email. Her content spans live gameplay, improvement discussions, and chess commentary, with an emphasis on the journey every club player can relate to.
