CT-ART

CT-ART is a chess tactics training program developed by Chess King, widely regarded as one of the most thorough tactics trainers in chess software. The latest version, CT-ART 20, includes over 20,000 hand-crafted exercises across 20 structured courses covering ratings from roughly 200 to 2400 Elo.

The collection combines the original 10 CT-ART courses with 10 newer additions. Topics range from beginner tactics and mating patterns to advanced defensive techniques and complex combinations. Each exercise is carefully rated for difficulty, and the guided curriculum (CT-ART Chess University Path) walks students through a progression from fundamental patterns to master-level combinations.

CT-ART is available on the web (compatible with Mac and PC browsers), plus native iOS and Android apps. Progress syncs across devices, and mobile users can download courses for offline practice. Pricing starts at around $85 for the full 20-course collection, with family pack options available.
